Meetings are organized occasionally in different cities, following a defined structure to ensure they are productive for both participants and invited professionals or speakers.- What is the Business Meeting Series? Each Business Meeting is ART!
The ART of providing information, inspiration, motivation, collaboration, and new business opportunities to grow your company and increase revenue.
Each meeting features a guest speaker who will also answer attendees' questions, helping them enhance their skills and reveal hidden potential. - Invitations and Dates? Meetings are held in small circles of 8 to 12 people.
Each participant is selected individually based on their professional background, identified through prior interviews.
Therefore, invitations with dates and agenda are sent individually via WhatsApp. - Communication?
- Meetings? Each business meeting is scheduled to last 2 hours.
They are usually held on Wednesdays or Thursdays from 14:30–16:30 and occasionally from 19:30–21:30.
Sessions open 30 minutes early to encourage networking and card exchange.
Meetings are held at suitable locations like hotels, restaurants, rooftops, iconic spots, or companies.
We offer the same event in several zones or cities. - Speakers? To present dedicated content in 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes, it's important to know the audience. We help speakers get to know our circle.
For each event, we provide speakers with detailed information about attendees. This helps tailor the presentation to the group’s specific needs. - Conditions? There are some rules, as with all meetings:
• A time limit is set for each speech or discussion.
• Urgent calls must be taken outside.
• PUNCTUALITY. We hold half an hour of networking before the session starts.
- First, to give participants time to get to know each other.
- Second, so those finishing work at 14:00 can arrive on time.
Please remember punctuality is a sign of respect to all attendees.
• PAYMENT. The payment must be received 5 working days before the event by bank transfer. - Costs? Most events are free of charge! You only pay for your consumption, or if there's a fee for the invited speaker.
• Consumption:
- To avoid interruptions, drinks and shared food will be pre-ordered by the organizers. This way, consumption covers the venue.
We calculate the price based on the venue (tapas or a great meal). Details are in the invitation.
- Each venue has limited capacity, so it’s advisable to book immediately after receiving the invitation.
- Additional orders must be paid directly to the restaurant.
• Speaker:
- Most speakers consider it marketing and charge no fees, aside from consumption.
- If the speaker has travel or honorarium costs, these are collected in advance with your reservation. - History? //meicon// Some of my experiences in seminars and business lunches:
• VALENCIA. Member of an English-speaking group with 70 entrepreneurs affiliated with the British Consulate.
• VALENCIA. Co-organizer of monthly talks with the Valencian Opus Dei group.
• GERMANY. Weekly training sessions with guest speakers for real estate brokers of a well-known franchise.
